Do you know what other collectors do when consumers ask not to be contacted through their mobile phone? Have you ever had a problem where the consumer does not own a landline but does not want to be contacted via cellphone, and if so, what did you do in those situations? What do you think of CFPB's suggestions to the left, like the "free-to-end-user" services?
