Just to be clear, are you saying that collectors have been calling you 2-3 times a day and when you pick up the phone they don't answer? Could you tell us a little bit more about this? Do you think the CFPB should limit the number of times collectors can call you per day?
Hi ktbaeohana, thanks for your comments. CFPB thinks "free-to-end-user" services could be helpful because consumers wouldn't be charged when a collector calls their cell phone. Can you tell us more about why you think this would make things worse for the consumer?
